What Is LAMDA?

LAMDA (the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art) has set up an internationally recognised Examination Board to provide a grades syllabus to develop key communication and performance skills.  LAMDA qualifications are Ofqual recognised and can be transferred throughout Europe as part of the European Qualifications Framework (EQF). There are 8 LAMDA grades, with grades 6-8 earning UCAS points for University application.

The key aim of LAMDA is that every child should have the opportunity to develop the speaking and listening skills needed for future employment and lifelong learning.
